    Description

      Description of problem:

The registry.redhat.io/openshift4/ose-cli ships with url labels that however doesn't point to any useful page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.13.0-202308281305.p0.g17b7acc.assembly.stream

      How reproducible:

      Deterministic

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. podman pull registry.redhat.io/openshift4/ose-cli
      2. podman inspect registry.redhat.io/openshift4/ose-cli | jq '.[0].Labels.url, .[0].Config.Labels.url'

      Actual results:

      Expected results:

URLs to https://catalog.redhat.com (where the access.redhat.com/containers redirects anyway) with path opening directly (an equivalent of) https://catalog.redhat.com/software/containers/openshift4/ose-cli/5cd9ba3f5a13467289f4d51d which is the page to which searching for openshift4/ose-cli will ultimately point, via https://catalog.redhat.com/software/containers/search?&q=openshift4/ose-cli.
