Description of problem:

Kubelet does not respect container-log-max-size  if the containers are performing extensive log write operations.

Actual results:

The logs keeps growing beyond the specified "containerLogMaxSize": "50Mi"

Expected results:

As per the kubelet configuration "containerLogMaxSize": "50Mi", the logs should be rotated once it reaches the specified size.
