The example in https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/scalability_and_performance/cnf-low-latency-tuning.html#configuring_for_irq_dynamic_load_balancing_cnf-master does not match. 

In step 6 it states "Enter the pod runtimeClassName in the form performance-<profile_name>, where <profile_name> is the name from the PerformanceProfile YAML, in this example, performance-dynamic-irq-profile." but the name here does not tally with the example profile as configured before this.
