[vsphere] Machinepool validation breaks if cpus=2 and coresPerSocket=2 as mentioned in the official documentation

      Description of problem:

      IHAC who set cpus: 6 and coresPerSocket: 2 for worker node but installer giving an error:  'numCPUs specified should be a multiple of cores per socket, which is default 4'
      As per the doc[1], The above conf should work. Cu has not given cpu conf for master node.
