Description of problem:

Attempt to follow the instructions to download the oc client fail.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

4.13 for RHEL 9 (latest)

How reproducible:

Deterministic.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. On the https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/290/ page, select Product variant RH OCP, Version 4.13 for RHEL 9 (latest) per the documentation.

Actual results:

There is no OpenShift v4.13 Linux Client shown there.

Expected results:

There is a OpenShift v4.13 Linux Client to download, per the documentation.

Additional info:

Only when I select the "for RHEL 8" Version in the drop-down menu, the OpenShift v4.13 Linux Client shows up.

The documentation should clearly state that one has to select the "for RHEL 8", even if installing on RHEL 9 or Fedora.
