Undefined Description of problem:
It is not possible to install new nodes with Intel E810 NIC using the latest 4.11 RHCOS image, because no network interfaces are detected.

1. Deploy a new worker node with Intel E810 NIC using the latest 4.11 RHCOS image

No network interfaces are detected.

This issue seems to be related to https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6983012. This is a known issue that has been fixed in kernel version kernel-4.18.0-372.31.1.el8_6 and above. A kernel with the fix is available as of OpenShift 4.11.13 but the latest RHCOS image for 4.11 is 4.11.9 which contains 'kernel-4.18.0-372.26.1.el8'
