[OVN-Kubernetes] Incorrect geneve port used for kubevirt hypershift hosted clusters

Hosted clusters with kubevirt provider in hypershift use a custom geneve port different that the default 6081. OVN-Kuberenets in interconnect mode is not correctly setting this custom geneve port on remote chassis encap configuration which results in hosted clusters using the default port.
