Metal failing to install due to centos stream dnf problem

    Description

      Metal jobs are near permafail with dnf-related errors, that appear to be due to a bug in centos stream:

      (try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages or '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
