Description of problem:

See linked bug:
"The runtime class field is not applicable, as the speaker pod is host networked.The MetalLB Image is not used at all and has no effect on the operator."

Remove the section Configuring a container runtime class in a MetalLB deployment (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/networking/metallb/metallb-operator-install.html#nw-metallb-operator-setting-runtimeclass_metallb-operator-install) as this is not possible.

It will be removed from the code at a later point.
