      Description of problem:

      This worked example under runtimeclass will not work without a configured myconfiguration handler. Section https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/networking/metallb/metallb-operator-install.html#nw-metallb-operator-setting-runtimeclass_metallb-operator-install 

Maybe need to link to section https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/windows_containers/scheduling-windows-workloads.html  where it describes how to set this up. This worked example in metallb needs some context why would we want to do this.
