Instructions to download the `oc` binary links to a page that does not allow you to download the `oc` binary.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open docs page to download `oc`: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/cli_reference/openshift_cli/getting-started-cli.html#cli-installing-cli_cli-developer-commands
2. Click on the first link to the download page ("Installing the OpenShift CLI by downloading the binary")
3. Attempt to download the `oc` client from the referenced page
Actual results:
Page reports "ISOs are not available for this product. You can find packages by searching within the packages tab."

Link to download oc is provided
Additional info:
Note that `oc` can no longer be downloaded on RHEL 9 hosts via dnf.
