HCP Create NodePool AWS Render Does Not Specify InstanceType or Arch

      Before this update, the hosted control plane command line interface (`hcp`) was not starting the `arch` field for `NodePool` objects, which caused two issues: 1) the `hcp` command to create `NodePool` objects on AWS did not create valid `NodePool` objects and 2) incorrect AWS `NodePool` YAML specifications were created when `hcp` was used with the `render` flag. With this update, `hcp` resolves both issues by starting the `arch` field for a `NodePool` object so that `hcp` can create AWS `NodePool` objects and render AWS `NodePool` YAML specifications.
