Description of problem:

 The note about not configuring the primary interface in OVNK deployments using Kubernetes-NMState is too specific and does not cover all of the possible problems. We should probably just say that making configuration to changes to the interface is not allowed. The limitation is definitely not only bridges and bonds, but things like static IPs and MTU as well (and probably more, which is why we shouldn't try to list all of them).
