Description of problem:
Master nodes do shut down and are cleaned up, Worker nodes shut down but do NOT delete, and as such next step of remove of folder fails.

1.Create OpenShift cluster 4.13.8 version 2.Run openshift-installer destroy command ./openshift-install destroy cluster
