OCP4 - GUI-Cluster Settings-Select Version not responding on OCP 4.12

      Description of problem:

      When we navigate to GUI/Clusters Settings and click either "Select Version" OR "+More" its non responsive. The Team has tried from Chrome and Firefox. Also have restarted the Update Service pods and operator. 
Still the option to choose which version to upgrade is not responsive. We are currently at 4.12.18 and have multiple versiona available to choose from (up to 4.12.26). We should have the option (from the GUI) to choose a specific version (in this case v4.12.24) but its not giving us this option.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. OCP Cluster should be at 4.12.18
2. From GUI we should be able to select the version

      Actual results:

      Not able to "Select Version" OR "+More" button its non responsive on GUI 
Administration -> Cluster Settings -> Details

      Expected results:

      Should be able to click the "Select Version" button and more button
