      [x86_64][4.14.0] Containers are stuck in CreateError with 'error loading seccomp filter: errno 524'

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.14.0-ec.4

      How reproducible:

      Not always, but after running OpenShift Virt Tests a couple of times.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      Actual results:

      Pod creation is stuck with 
message: |
      container create failed: time="2023-08-21T11:31:34Z" level=error msg="runc create failed: unable to start container process: unable to init seccomp: error loading seccomp filter into kernel: error loading seccomp filter: errno 524"

      Expected results:

      Pod creation is successful

      Additional info:

      Appears fix is in kernel-5.14.0-284.27.1.el9_2  , https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2226945
