Description of problem:
The subscription channel for Grafana operator has Update Channel v5 with 5.x versions, However the OperatorHub is still showing 4.10.1 version.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to the RHOCP cluster via web console 2. Go to Operators -> OperatorHub 3. Select Grafana operator 4. update channel : v5
Actual results:
The subscription channel for Grafana operator has update channel v5 with 5.x versions, However the OperatorHub is showing 4.10.1 version.
Expected results:
the Grafana operator version in OperatorHub should be same as the Update channel version.
Additional info:
Subscription Channel: v4, Update Approval: Automatic Installed Version : grafana-operator.v4.10.1 When customer changed the Subscription Channel to v5, and as the "Update Approval" was set to "Automatic" was expecting the new operator version to be pulled and installed. However the OperatorHub only shows 4.10.1
