      How reproducible:
      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Enable UWM + dedicated UWM Alertmanager
      2. Deploy an application + service monitor + alerting rule which fires always
      3. Go to the OCP dev console and silence the alert.

      Actual results:
      Nothing happens

      Expected results:
      The alert notification is muted.
