      Add the following explanations for the documentation of oc-mirror[1]:

- If there is manifest unknown error in downloading step, customers can avoid this error by appending "mirror.blockedImages".
- There is no way to retry downloading specific images, so customers should create multiple imageSetConfigs if they have to download large number of images.
