      gpsd and gpspipe aren't scheduled with policy/priority of parent ptpconfig

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Configure ptpconfig with GM and FIFO scheduling

      Actual results:

      gpsd and gpspipe are scheduled with FIFO scheduling

      Expected results:

      gpsd and gpspipe are scheduled with default scheduling
