GNSS state change is not captured by DPLL Netlink event listener

      Description of problem:

      When GNSS is lost , DPLL tranfers to state holdover and not able to read GNSS State from GNSS component

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

       

      How reproducible:

      cold boot gnss and watch  dpll log in linux ptpdaemon , the sourelost flag is set to false
