Description of problem:
An test run in reportportal-openshift reported two failed network edge cases: OCP-49214 and OCP-41030

How reproducible:
50%(I saw OCP-49214 failed in two test run)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ran the cases on a 4.13 nutanix cluster as reportportal defined "All > periodic-ci-openshift-openshift-tests-private-release-4.13-amd64-nightly-nutanix-ipi-boot-categories-project-p3-f28-destructive #5)
2. checked the failed network edge cases in https://reportportal-openshift.apps.ocp-c1.prod.psi.redhat.com/ui/#prow/launches/all/417814/45002350?item1Params=filter.eq.hasStats%3Dtrue%26filter.eq.hasChildren%3Dfalse%26filter.in.type%3DSTEP%26filter.in.status%3DFAILED%252CINTERRUPTED
