`Metering and Cost Management SaaS Service` is outdated. `Metering` was deprecated and removed from Openshift in 4.9.
* We should update this to say `Cost Management SaaS Service`
* Cost Management is available in OKE (it relies on OLM and monitoring which are both available in OKE, so Cost Management will function fine)
* The Cost Management operator is `Cost Management Metrics Operator` (not N/A)
* The sentence under Advanced Cluster Management that says `Similarly, the chargeback features found in OpenShift Container Platform or the console.redhat.com Cost Management SaaS service are not supported with OpenShift Kubernetes Engine.` is not correct.
