Description of problem:

When installing AWS EFS operator via console, there is very little description what the operator does. It should have at least:

• More verbose description what the operator / CSI driver does
• Link to documentation
• Extra note (or link) about about STS, because console shows a warning "Please see the operator description for more [installation with STS] details."
