      Description of problem:

      The new added deprecated alert for DeploymentConfig is missing in Developer prespective -> Topology -> Click the created deploymentConfig -> In the right pannel -> click Details Tab

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a DeploymentConfig with sample, and change to developer prespective
2. Navigate to Topology -> Click the created DeploymentConfig -> In the right pannel, choose Details Tab 
3. Check if the new added Alert is added in the page

      Actual results:

      the Alert is missing in this part

      Expected results:

      The alert should exist
