Description of problem:
The documentation https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/nodes/clusters/nodes-cluster-enabling-features.html#nodes-cluster-enabling-features-about_nodes-cluster-enabling describes particular features behind TechPreviewNoUpgrade set. The InsightsConfigAPI feature is described as:
Insights Operator. Enables the Insights Operator, which gathers OpenShift Container Platform configuration data and sends it to Red Hat. (InsightsConfigAPI)
This is not correct. The Insights Operator is by default always enabled. This should say something like that there's a new CRD "insightsdatagather.config.openshift.io" available enabling users to configure some Insights data gathering options.
