Description of problem:
During installation of Node Health Check operator from Operator Hub in UI incorrect messages are shown. The user can not be sure which NHC version is installing

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect to web-console 2. Start installation of Node Health Check operator from OperatorHub
Actual results:
During installation messages that installing the Community version of operator and that installing Red Hat version of operator are changing each other.
Expected results:
During installation shown the correct message that reflects the version of installing operator.
