      Description of problem:

      After successful deployment of IPI cluster workers are not ssh-able. Masters are ok
      
      $ ssh core@worker-0-0
      core@worker-0-0: Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic).

      we firstly spotted the problem on hosted clusters deployed on connected hub, re-checked on IPI deployment - the same

      workers should be sshable
