The latest downstream merge that got merged yesterday might have broken the e2e-aws-ovn-network-migration job, which we test in CNO but not in ovnk.

All the job runs after the downstream merge have been failing the e2e-aws-ovn-network-migration-ovn-sdn-migration-feature-migration-validate-egress-ip container test:
