      Message of “Alternatively, developers can try to configure their own custom Helm Chart repositoryis“ is missing  in Helm Charts page after user select French

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login OCP, change to developer prespective
2. Click '+Add', and select ‘Discover certified Helm Charts’
   /catalog/ns/default?catalogType=HelmChart
3. Check the message under 'Helm Charts'

      Actual results:

      The message of "Alternatively, developers can try to configure their own custom Helm Chart repository." is missing
Compare to the other language, only French is missing this message

      Expected results:

      The message should exist and traslate to French normally
