      Description of problem:

      imageContentSources on the documentation is incorrect when using the Openshift registry mirror for disconnected/restricted installations. 

      imageContentSources:
- mirrors:
  - <mirror_host_name>:5000/<repo_name>/release
  source: quay.io/openshift-release-dev/ocp-release
- mirrors:
  - <mirror_host_name>:5000/<repo_name>/release
  source: registry.redhat.io/ocp/release

      How reproducible:
      1. Deploy Openshift registry mirror
      2. Use the OC-Mirror to create a tar for any Openshift 4.12 or 4.13 release
      3. Hydrate the registry mirror with oc-mirror

      Actual results:

      The end result 2 repos being built on the mirror vs the documentation pointing both endpoints to /release

      The correct example sources:

    - mirror-registry.ocp4.local:8443/openshift/release
