When editing deploymentconfig from GUI, and  using image stream option, name of deploymentconfig is changing with image stream name. 

OCP 4.10.62, 4.11.42, 4.11.43

1. Created a new namespace 
2. From the console, created a deploymentconfig 
3. After creating, edited the deploymentconfig using "form view" 
4. Used the option, "Deploy image from an image stream tag"
5. After selecting the Image Stream, deploymenconfig name changed as the same name of Image Stream

Deploymentconfig name is changing with Image Stream name after using image stream tag option

Deploymentconfig name should not change after using Image Stream tag

This issue is reproducible in 4.11.43
Also tried it in 4.11.44 and it is not reproducible
I tried it in 4.12.10 and it is not reproducible in 4.12
