OpenShift Documentation needs to be updated to reflect master nodes will reprovision itself upon deletion of healthy member.

The documentation still has steps to create the new-master-machine.yaml

Documentation reflects old process (create new master node)
Expected results:
Documentation reflects new process (no need to create master node via yaml)
