The E2E tests for the 4.12 release branch is failing since 11 July.

The issue that has been mostly recurring is related to the global installation of the Service Binding operator.

This has been marked as Critical as there is an urgent demand from a customer to backport a bug to 4.12, which is stuck in the CI due to this issue.
