MCO doesn't transfer ssh key to worker nodes when added post installation

      This happens also in bm-ipi ci (and presumably on ABI as well).

       

      Description of problem:

      When installing DPU cluster (infrastructure cluster) via Assisted Installer, sshkey for core login was not transfered to bf worker nodes, which causes adding bf workers to infracluster failed.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      Install DPU cluster via tool https://github.com/bn222/cluster-deployment-automation.
During installing infrastructure cluster, installation fails when trying to ssh to bf worker nodes.

      Actual results:

      fail to ssh to worker ndoes

      Expected results:

      should be able to ssh to worker nodes
