    Description

      Description of problem:

      In topology side panel, in pipelineruns section, on click of "Start last run" button, error alert message is displayed

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a deployment with pipeline
2. Click on deployment to open side panel
3. Click "Start last run" button in PipelineRuns section

      Actual results:

      Error alert message is displayed

      Expected results:

      Should be able to run the last run
