Description of problem:
Upstream test case failed "[fec] Expose resource on the node [It] should show resources under the node" due to Secure boot configuration and hard-coded variable PFDriver: "pci-pf-stub". For Secure boot we need to configure PFDriver: "vfio-pci"

How reproducible:
Run "[fec] Expose resource on the node [It] should show resources under the node" due to Secure boot configuration" Test case on top of BM with secure boot enabled
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy telco cluster with BM and secure boot enabled 2.Trigger [fec] Expose resource on the node [It] should show resources under the node" due to Secure boot configuration using openshift4-cnf-tests container
Actual results:
Test always failed on top of BM+SecureBoot
Expected results:
Test has to dynamically recognize the setup and adjust flag PFDriver according to it
