      Description of problem:

After https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-6829 was completed with a solution of https://github.com/openshift/api/pull/1429 (adding the protocolStrategy to dnses.operator.openshift.io), I forgot to notify the docs team about updating https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.13/rest_api/operator_apis/dns-operator-openshift-io-v1.html

The API doc on dnses.operator.openshift.io needs to add the field protocolStrategy under spec.upstreamResolvers.protocolStrategy and spec.servers[].forwardPlugin.protocolStrategy.

The API https://github.com/openshift/api/pull/1429 has docs and description of the field.

      Actual results:

      No details on protocolStrategy

      Expected results:

      Need details on protocolStrategy

      Additional info:

We are in the process of backpacking, but we will do the docs updates with the backports instead of separate bugs.
