      Description of problem:

      No new network seen in pods although it is defined

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

       

      How reproducible:

      Only tried on one cluster

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create yamls as attached
2. Delete pods in DaemonSet to refresh
3. See no new interface in pod

      Actual results:

      No new interface and no connectivity

      Expected results:

      New interface with connectivity
