Description of problem:

KubeDeploymentReplicasMismatch description is:

Deployment {{ $labels.namespace }}/{{ $labels.deployment }} has ...

Web-console magically convert the namespace into a link (impressive), but is currently not linking the Deployment. Would be nice to have a clickable Deployment link too.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

4.12.0-ec.3. Presumably also other 4.12. Possibly also 4.11 and earlier. I haven't attempted a broader audit.

How reproducible:

Seen once. Haven't attempted to reproduce.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install 4.12.0-ec.3.
2. Install a broken Deployment (e.g. by cordoning the nodes where the pods might get scheduled).
3. Wait for KubeDeploymentReplicasMismatch to fire.
4. View the alert page in the console UI.

Actual results:

Deployment name is not a link.

Expected results:

Deployment name is a link to the console UI for that deployment.
