      Openshift Console takes forever to load and is too slow

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Deploy a cluster with ocp 4.12.14 
2.Install ODF
3.

      Actual results:

      Console not loading shows white screen

      Expected results:

      Console should be loaded properly
