      Description of problem:

      PR https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/12422 ("OU-110: Observe > Dashboards page: Use datasource defined in dashboard definition") and followup PR https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/12588 are missing from monitoring-plugin functionality.
