      Description of problem:

      Mac dynamic tests fail only if Mac static tests have been run before

      How reproducible:

      Easily

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Create sriovnodepolicy with intel nic (710) and sriovnetwork with static mac and dynamic mac 
2.create a pod with SRIOV VF and static mac 
3. try to create a pod  with SRIOV VF and dynamic mac 
4. verify connectivity

      Actual results:

      no connectivity

      Expected results:

      there is connectivity

      Additional info:

      Issue was discovered in 4.12 and fixed https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-5355 
We now need a backport for version 4.10
