    Description

      Description of problem:

      As part of the work completed to rename instances of IBM Cloud to IBM Cloud VPC [1], references to an IBM account where incorrectly updated to IBM Cloud VPC account. As discussed with the IBM Cloud team [2], references to an IBM account need to be updated to IBM Cloud account.
