Description of problem:
Csr not getting auto approved for the compute nodes when tried to deploy Hosted control plane with 4.14 versions.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
MCE-2.4 and OCP 4.14.0-ec.2. issue is not seen with 4.13 version of OCP and HCP.
How reproducible:
Reproducible eveytime with 4.14.0-ec.2-multi HCP and OCP 4.14.0-ec.2
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install HCP using hypershift binary with 4.14.0-ec.2-multi image 2.Create Infraenv and download all the generated images - initrd,kernel and rootfs 3.pxe boot the VM 4. Approve the agents 5. Scale nodepool
Actual results:
Compute nodes not attached to Hosted Control plane as CSR is not approved automatically
Expected results:
Compute nodes should get attached to Hosted Control Plane
