Steps to Reproduce:

1. got to https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.12/networking/network_observability/installing-operators.html#network-observability-lokistack-create_network_observability 

2. in the steps : Installed Operators , select all Projects
3. then click on Loki Operators
4. From the Provided APIs ; Under LokiStack click create instance
