Description of problem:
As per an important note in the documentation [1] it is mentioned that Migrating to or from the OVN-Kubernetes network plugin is not supported for managed OpenShift cloud services such as OpenShift Dedicated and Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA). This statement doesn't include our Azure Red Hat OpenShift(ARO) offering. Note should include Azure Red Hat OpenShift(ARO) as well.
