      Description of problem:

      I think the release note for OpenShift 4.11 should include the reference to the Golang 1.18 disabling the SHA-1 signature verification. 

Customer planning upgrades to 4.11 and still using this kind of signature somewhere (LDAPS) should recognise this issue before doing the upgrade, but as it's not in the release note is easily missed.
