Intermittent CoreDNS error

      Description of problem:

      My customer hit intermittent CoreDNS error in OCP4.11.5 cluster (# of worker nodes is 8).
      Due to the error, Java application failed with "UnknownHostException".
      Frequencly: 1-8 times / 8 worker-nodes / day
      

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      OCP4.11.5

      How reproducible:

      My customer can not reproduce the same error in the test environment using repeated curl command.

      Java application: Intermittent UnknownHostException
      CoreDNS log:  Intermittent i/o timeout

      Expected results:

      Java application: no UnknownHostException
      CoreDNS log: no i/o timeout
