Description of problem:

Currently, the MAPI Nutanix machine-controller does not handle categories update for an existing Machine VM. In some use case, it is needed to add/change categories for existing Machine/MachineSet. Nutanix Categories are similar to tags/labels of some other platforms

In an Nutanix OCP 4.13 cluster, add/change the spec.providerSpec.value.categories for an existing Machine/MachineSet, check from the Prism-Central console that the Machine's VM categories property does not update accordingly.

Expected results:

Add/change the spec.providerSpec.value.categories for an existing Machine/MachineSet, check from the Prism-Central console that the Machine's VM categories property gets update accordingly.
