techpreview Insights operator restarts every ten mins

      Description of problem:

      When testing https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-14270 with 4.14.0 techpreview aws cluster I noticed that the insights-operator restarts almost every 10 mins.

The log contained this related error message:

F0607 09:53:57.590816       1 base_controller.go:96] unable to sync caches for InsightConfigController

      latest master

      How reproducible:

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Spin up a AWS 4.14.0 techpreview cluster
2. Login and wait e.g. 20-30 mins.
3. Verify that during that time the insights-operator pod was restarted 2-3 times

      Actual results:

      The insights-operator is restarted almost every 10 mins.

      Expected results:

      The insights-operator should be running without any restart.
